It is £3.50 per person aged 3yrs+
Yes, everyone (including adults) aged 3yrs+ needs to pay for admission into the farm.
Yes, pre-booking is the only way you can secure tickets for the farm. If you do not pre-book, and we sell out, it is likely we will be unable to accommodate your visit. You can pre-book on our reservations page.
Do I need to pre-book for my child who is under 3yrs?
No. You only need to pre-book for children aged 3yrs+.

Do I have to arrive at the time I pre-book?
You do not need to arrive at the exact booked time, however, visitors should arrive within 30-minutes of their booked time slot. This allows us to plan visitor numbers and ensure you can socially distance once you are at the farm; this is all to help keep you and us, safe.
Is there a time limit on how long I can stay at the farm?
No, once you are in the farm you can stay for as long as you like. Tickets are valid for the full day. We find visitors generally spend a few hours at the farm.
We accept both cash and card on site. Pre-booking must be done via PayPal or a credit or debit card.
Unfortunately we do not allow any dogs on site; some of our animals are very scared of dogs.
What facilities are open due to Covid-19?
The mini golf and outdoor play area are both open, however the indoor play barn remains closed. The nature area around the Willow Pool is currently off limits as it undergoes essential maintenance works. The coffee shop is operating a take-out only menu consisting of sandwiches, drinks, and snacks, all served through an outdoor serving window. There is no indoor seating available in the coffee shop.

Are there toilet facilities open on site?
Yes, we have toilet and hand-washing facilities open on site.
You are required to wear a mask within our indoor areas. This includes the entrance and exit route through the coffee shop and the toilets & hand-washing facilities. Please see government guidance for any exclusions.
